1. Agreement

By downloading or using Rituals ("the App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. What Rituals Does

Rituals is a habit and ritual tracking app designed to help users build consistency, track daily progress, and maintain routines over time.

Features may include habit tracking, reminders, widgets, streaks, progress views, and premium subscription features.

Habit data, reminders, settings, and progress are stored locally on your device and may sync via iCloud if enabled on your device.

3. Your Responsibilities

• Data Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data where appropriate.
• Device Compatibility: You must use a compatible iPhone or Apple device running a supported version of iOS.
• Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use this App, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction.
• Lawful Use: You agree not to misuse, interfere with, or attempt to reverse-engineer the App.

4. Premium Subscription & Purchases

Rituals may offer premium features through subscriptions and/or one-time lifetime purchases.

How It Works

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation
• Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends
