1. Agreement

By downloading or using Curate ("the App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree, do not use the App.

2. What Curate Does

Curate is a photo review and management utility that helps you organize and delete photos from your device. All photo operations occur locally on your device. The App does not upload, sync, or store your photos on any server.

3. Your Responsibilities

• Photo Deletion is Permanent: When you delete photos through Curate, they are permanently removed from your device. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of any photos you wish to keep.
• Device Compatibility: You must use a compatible iOS device running a supported version of iOS.
• Age Requirement: You must be at least 4 years old to use this App (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).

4. Premium Subscription

Pricing

• Monthly: $2.99 USD/month
• Annual: $19.99 USD/year

Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice.

How It Works

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
