1. Agreement

By downloading or using AANI ("the App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree, do not use the App.

2. What Does the App Do

AANI is a speech practice and playback utility that helps you practice speaking, record and play back your voice, listen to text read aloud, and copy words and phrases for everyday use. All audio processing occurs locally on your device. The App does not upload, sync, or store your recordings on any server.

3. Your Responsibilities

• Recording Deletion is Permanent: When you delete recordings through AANI, they are permanently removed from your device. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of any recordings you wish to keep.
• Not a Medical or Therapeutic Tool: AANI is a personal speech practice utility and is not a speech therapy app, medical device, or substitute for professional medical or therapeutic advice.
• Device Compatibility: You must use a compatible iOS device running a supported version of iOS.
• Age Requirement: You must be at least 4 years old to use this App (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).
