This privacy policy applies to the Wäntlii app ("Application") for mobile devices, provided as a freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects limited information to operate and improve the service:

• Anonymous usage analytics (features used, session duration, app performance)
• Crash reports and technical diagnostics
• Purchase and subscription status, processed by Apple

The Application does not collect, upload, or transmit your saved items, lists, or personal shopping data to third-party servers. Item data is stored locally on your device and may sync via iCloud if enabled in your device settings.

The Application does not collect precise location data.

Affiliate Links

When you tap a product link in the Application, the URL may be rewritten to include an affiliate tag. This allows the Service Provider to earn a commission from the retailer at no additional cost to you. No personal data is shared with retailers beyond what occurs in a standard browser visit to that retailer's website.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized analytics data is periodically transmitted to external services to help improve the Application. The Service Provider does not sell personal data.

The Service Provider may disclose information:

• As required by law or legal process
• To protect the rights or safety of users or others
• To trusted service providers acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations
