This Privacy Policy applies to the Rituals app ("Application") for mobile devices, provided as a freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects limited information necessary to operate and improve the service, including:

• Anonymous usage analytics (features used, session duration, app performance)
• Crash reports and technical diagnostics
• Purchase and subscription status, processed by Apple and RevenueCat
• Basic device information (device type, operating system version, app version)

Habit data, reminders, settings, and progress are stored locally on your device and may sync through Apple's iCloud services if iCloud sync is enabled on your device.

The Application does not collect precise location data.

The Service Provider does not sell personal data.

Third-Party Services

The Application uses the following third-party services:

• Apple — payment processing, App Store services, and optional iCloud sync
• TelemetryDeck — privacy-friendly anonymous analytics and app usage insights

These services may process limited technical information required for app functionality and service improvement.

Payments

All payment processing is handled by Apple via the App Store and managed through RevenueCat. The Service Provider does not store or access your payment details.
