Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the AANI app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Nina Kolari (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects limited information when you download and use it. This information may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
• The time spent on the Application
• The operating system you use on your mobile device
• Anonymous usage data (which features are used)
• Crash logs and diagnostic data

The Application does NOT gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Application does NOT collect, store, or retain photographs taken using the camera feature. Photos are processed temporarily for AI word identification and immediately discarded after processing.

For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain information for AI processing features. This information includes:

• Text input for grammar checking (processed and not stored)
• Photographs for object identification (processed and immediately deleted)
• Custom category topics (stored locally on your device only)

The information processed for AI features is transmitted to OpenAI for processing and is not retained by the Service Provider or OpenAI after processing is complete.

Third Party Access

The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policy about handling data. Below are the links to the Privacy Policy of the third-party service providers used by the Application:
